QUALITY ASSURANCE

We are a bunch of perfectionists, worrying about every detail in our products from design to delivery. We will do our very best to ensure the product you’ve purchased is of the highest quality.

If you find a defect in your product, please let us know. We will try our best to rectify the issue as soon as possible. To start the process, send us a message herewith your order number and a description and photograph of the defect.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ON EBIPHANY.COM

Unless we state otherwise (see our quality assurance answer above), items purchased from Ebiphany.com cannot be returned for a refund.

Ebiphany T-shirts can be exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date (sorry, we do not accept exchanges for posters). The shirt must be in its original, unused condition. Shipping fees are not refunded, and return shipping fees are at the customer’s expense.

To begin the process of exchange, please message us here with the following information:

Customer Name (the person who purchased the order)
Order Number
Order Date
Item being Exchanged (Please be specific)
Reason for Exchange
New Item being Requested

Once this information is received, you will be sent an authorization number and a return shipping address. If the item requested is in stock, we will send it to you once the returned item has been received and any required price adjustments have been made.

Can I exchange a purchase made on Ebiphany.com at a retailer that carries Ebiphany products?

No, unfortunately our retail partners are unable to process exchanges for online purchases made on Ebiphany.com. Please message us! We’re eager to help.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT A RETAIL LOCATION

Returns or exchanges for items purchased in a store should be conducted through the retailer, according to the store’s policies. We are, unfortunately, unable to process these requests through our online store.

We are, however, committed to ensuring the quality of our Ebiphany products (see our Quality Assurance answer above). If you have any concerns or questions about your Ebiphany items or your retail experience, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’d be eager to help you resolve any issue.

I drunk-bought an item that was marked “Final Sale”, am I stuck with it forever?

Define “forever”...

Final sales are indeed final, and items cannot be returned or exchanged. Perhaps you know someone who needs a bit more shrimp in their lives? Also, no more drinking and shopping!

Your T-shirts are amazingly soft! I have never owned a Bi/Tri-Blend Tee before, how do I look after them so they will last forever?
